Insurance Claims
Due to rising material, equipment, and operational costs, many insurance companies no longer compensate fairly for the true cost of high-quality windshield repair. For that reason, Robertson Auto Glass no longer bills insurance carriers directly.
However, most windshield repairs are still fully reimbursable under comprehensive coverage.
Customers pay for the repair at the time of service, and we provide a detailed invoice and documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We’re happy to walk you through that process if needed.
Your insurance policy is between you and your provider — our responsibility is delivering a proper, professional repair without cutting corners.
Lifetime Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty for all repairs. You are entitled to a full refund if the repair does not stop the damage from spreading for as long as you own the vehicle, or we will repair the new damage at no additional cost.
